We created our own charity!

We started our on charity event. Go for Broke!

At some point in our lives we’ve all seen what depression and anxiety can do to friends & family. 1 in 5 Australians have suffered or are currently a sufferer and unfortunately you can’t just ‘cure depression’. It has to be managed with help, support and love given by those around sufferers of this debilitating disease.

Loop Brand’s owner Ed Kirk, is a cycling fanatic! Observing that a combination of exercise and friendships formed whilst riding in a group has many positive outcomes. Which led Ed to think about creating his very own charity that would combine his many passions in business, design, riding and of course Strava!

We approached Beyond Blue Australia and created Go for Broke! An annual charity bike ride, 180km from Sydney to Broke in the Hunter Valley.

Not only did we name and brand the charity, we put our resources to good use in organising and preparing the entire event! All design, marketing and promotion managed by our team to help build GFB to become a national initiative.
